1. Is ad posting free?

» Yes, you can post ads 100% free.

2. Do I need an account to post ads?

» No, you can post ads without having to register. Having an free account makes it easier to manage and post your ads.

3. How many days will my ad run?

» Most ads will run for about 60 days.

4. How can I edit or delete my ad(s)?

» Login, if you don't have an account you can click on the edit/delete link in the activation email that was sent when you first posted the ad.
» If you've deleted this email or can't find it, have it re-sent (if your email doesn't arrive in your inbox, check your SPAM / BULK folder).

5. I posted an ad but never received a verification email.

» Check your Spam / Bulk folder.
» Please add (support at txclassifieds.org) to your contact list or white list and try retrieving the email link.

6. How many pictures per ad can we upload?

» You can upload up to 4 pictures per ad.

7. What are Featured Ads?

Featured ads are displayed on the homepage. They also appear top of it's category and are shown highlighted. They are payable thru PayPal.

8. I can't seem to remember my password.

» You can have your password sent to you here.

9. How can I delete an ad I did not post?

» You can alert the admin by clicking on the flag link that appears on the top right corner of the ad and choose Item No Longer Available.
